Use any of the saunas and baths in any order you prefer, just so long as you work up a good sweat. For first-timers to Century Sports Club: The hot bath is very hot. You might want to sweat it out first in the wet or dry sauna before you even attempt to take your first plunge into the hot bath. It will make your experience more enjoyable.
